Here you find some sample workout routines to use if you would like something different and challenge your body.

Remember that I am not a personal trainer or expert on this field. I share what has worked for me and want you to be inspired and adjust these workouts to your own needs. Training this way has helped me decrease my back pain from scoliosis but it might have a different effect on your body. You know your body best!
